Steve went on to become Chief Operating Officer of Harpeth Associates, LLC where he and Russ met, responsible for project management, construction management, zoning and entitlements for the $100+million mixed use project known as Harpeth Square.

He started his career at Synovus Bank in Atlanta, where he specialized in multi-family, hotel, parking, retail, industrial, and single family residential financing. After a successful stint at Synovus, Russ joined Harpeth Associates as the Vice President of Finance. He was quickly promoted to Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for financial modeling, accounting, cash management, investor relations, banking relations as well as leasing and property management for the $100+million mixed use development known as Harpeth Square.
