(HCA) where he was responsible for multi-million dollar acquisitions and dispositions for major regional healthcare systems. From there, Steve developed over $15 million in single family residential homes through his development firm, Bacon Development Group. Steve went on to become Chief Operating Officer of Harpeth Associates, LLC where he and Russ met, responsible for project management, construction management, zoning and entitlements for the $100+million mixed use project known as Harpeth Square.

Russ is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience in finance and real estate development. He started his career at Synovus Bank in Atlanta, where he specialized in multi-family, hotel, parking, retail, industrial, and single family residential financing. After a successful stint at Synovus, Russ joined Harpeth Associates as the Vice President of Finance. He was quickly promoted to Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for financial modeling, accounting, cash management, investor relations, banking relations as well as leasing and property management for the $100+million mixed use development known as Harpeth Square.

Reid Mangelsdorf
Vice President

Upon graduating from Mississippi State University with a degree in Real Estate
Finance, Reid started his commercial real estate career in 2018 when he joined
Charles Hawkins Co. With a solid foundation in financial analysis and market
dynamics. Reid specializes in real estate transactions throughout Williamson
County, Maury County, and the greater Nashville Metro area, with a focus on
office, retail, industrial, flex and land assets.
He provides brokerage representation for both buyers and sellers of real
property assets and offers investment analysis for acquisition and disposition
strategies. In addition, Reid supports clients with portfolio management, market
studies, and development consulting aimed at optimizing owned or leased real
estate portfolios.

A Franklin native, Reid brings a wealth of knowledge and local expertise to his
role as Vice President – Director of Leasing and Investment Sales, where he leads
Hamilton Young’s leasing and sales efforts, expands strategic relationships, and
drives new opportunities as the firm continues to grow in Franklin, TN.

Throughout her career, she has successfully managed multiple multi-family communities, implemented Covid-19 protocols, decreased delinquencies, and boosted occupancy rates through strategic marketing initiatives. Mary's achievements include overseeing large-scale renovations, increasing NOI, and driving revenue growth.
