Hamilton Young, based in Franklin, Tennessee, currently manages over 105,000 sf of office & retail space in Historic Downtown Franklin as well as 150 high-end residential apartments. In addition to property management, Steve Bacon & Russ Haynes have overseen the construction, financing & leasing for Harpeth Square, a project by Harpeth Associates, LLC.
HARPETH SQUARE - HISTORIC DOWNTOWN FRANKLIN
Harpeth Square is an urban infill, mixed-use development consisting of a 119 room Hilton Curio Hotel, 150 concrete apartments, 18,000+ sf of retail & office space and a 591 space parking garage. This legacy project opened in 2020. Steve Bacon & Russ Haynes played instrumental roles in project management, finance & leasing of Harpeth Square while working for Harpeth Associates, LLC prior to forming Hamilton Young, LLC, the current Asset Manager of Harpeth Square.
HISTORIC FIFTH SQUARE
Hamilton Young has managed this newly renovated building located in downtown Franklin since May 2019. This building consists of 60,000 sf of office space and multiple tenants.
LANDMARK BANK BUILDING
Hamilton Young, LLC manages this 14,000 sf building with multiple office tenants. In 2019, Hamilton Young has overseen first floor renovations and is responsible for leasing the building.
420 MAIN STREET
Hamilton Young has managed this 2 story, 3,200 sf retail/office building located on Main Street in downtown Franklin since 2016. Hamilton Young is responsible for maintenance, record keeping and re-tenanting of the space.

Hamilton Young, LLC manages this 7,000 sf retail building. In 2015, Steve Bacon oversaw substantial renovations to the building after initial acquisition.
